Our company produces foundry patterns since 1992 for domestic and foreign foundries and machine manufacturers. During this period we continously increased our capacity, staff und turnover. Today we employ 25 people in a workshop almost 1000 m2 large. This is the largest independent patternmaking shop in Hungary

We produce 60% of our patterns for Austrian, German and Swiss costumers. We work according to the MSZ EN ISO-9001:2001 quality assurance standard.

  

Our products are:

  • Wooden patterns up to 8000 mm lenght and 2500 mm
     

  • Metal patterns for Foromat and DISA moulding machines
     

  • Plastic patterns up to 2000x2000 mm
     

  • Polystyrene patterns
     

  • We could co-operate with our partner to manufacture complicated components up to 380x260x350 mm  by
    LOM Technology

 

 

We aslo repair and maintain the above mentioned patterns. We design patterns based on the drawings castings.
